Seeking a beta!

Currently 3 parts and approximately 25,000 words, this is my most asked about WIP. I've been promising to write the concluding fic to what is intended to be a 4 part series, for what now adds up to an embarrassing number of years.
But I have good news. I just now finished it. About eight minutes ago. Nineteen chapters, maybe 57K words, if my rough estimate of an average of 3000 words per chapter is good enough.
This fic has non-con, dub-con, slavery, prostitution, het... I think those are all the likely squicks?
I now want to find a good beta, get the first 3 chapters or so thoroughly vetted, and then start posting, one chapter a week. Nineteen chapters will take me to nearly the end of 2012.
So, anyone here want to be my beta?
I'm not wed to any particular methods of working on a fic. Gmail docs, "changes" in word, talking over chat, something else you prefer, just let me know what works for you technologically and I will try to make it work for the right beta.
The one thing I can't change is that the fic was written on a Mac, in word. :)
In a beta, I need someone with
1: time,
2: skill and
3: no fear of offending me!
What do I mean by time? I mean the time to seriously tackle and argue with and possibly help me tear to shreds and rearrange about 3 to 6 thousand words a week.
What do I mean by skill? I mean I don't want a beta who generally reads fic and comes back to the author with "looks good! I love it!" It means I am not looking for feedback on nothing but spelling and grammar. It means I need someone who knows how to write well, knows how to read well, and knows how to communicate constructive criticism.
As for someone who isn't afraid of offending me, well, I hope I've already made that part clear. :)
