This was very good. If I may be so partisan, I want to say that this was written rather parentally. I feel an understanding of teenagers from this fic, and generational differences, and even changes in technology.
More importantly, though, this is a really good fic. The H/D is somewhat secondary, but that is not a detraction. Instead, it highlights both men as complete persons, living in a complete world. We see them as citizens, professionals, fathers and friends before we see them as sexual beings interested in one another. And the author writes these roles well, and grabbed my attention from the beginning of the fic.
